These include a proposal with a Trust outside of ICANN holding IANA operation rights, a proposal with ICANN holding IANA operation rights in trust, and a proposal where ICANN's bylaws have been sufficiently amended to provide necessary accountability measures
to the community.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
