The discussion concerning the application of the waiver to resubmitted motions begins on page 3 and ends on page 13 in the transcript. As noted in the attached email, after some discussion the SCI members on the call on 23 July agreed to adopt Wolf-Ulrich's suggestion and to have me summarize the conclusion and present it to the list for the consideration of those members who were not on the call.
