Accordingly, please review the attached letter and accompanying documents. Note that the proposed documentation of the Current Practice in Relation to Motions is the same that was sent to the SCI to review on Monday, 05 October after it was modified to address suggestions from Amr and Wolf-Ulrich Knoben.</div><div><br></div><div>Also, as noted on today's call because the SCI is not recommending changes to the GNSO Council Operating Procedures relating to this issue at this time, it was determined that it is not necessary to hold a Consensus Call to deliver the letter and documentation.
