</o:shapelayout></xml><![endif]--></head><body lang=EN-CA link=blue vlink=purple><div class=WordSection1><p class=MsoNormal>Hello All,<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I spoke with out compliance department today, which handles transfer complaints for both our wholesale and retail businesses.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>The numbers are so low that we don’t have any formal tracking of transfer issues, and I wonder if this will even be particularly enlightening.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>We’ve taken part in something like 4 TDRPs ever, none in the past couple years.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>There is however a low level number of complaints and issues around transfers we typically deal with informally between ourselves and another registrar. This includes both gaining and losing issues.
