<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12.0pt">Yes, I read that with interest over the week-end. It clearly shows that the TDRP is working as it is supposed to at the moment by ensuring ICANN transfer policy is implemented correctly by registrars. It also
shows that registrars have a working tool to enforce violations against other registrars.<br>
