[Gnso-newgtld-dg] - Reminder: Submit Issues & Nominations for Group Chair(s)

Hi Steve,

I'd like to add my voice to the last point made by Tony, i.e. the matter of
support for needy applicants. In particular, I'd like the issue of the
participation of developing countries (including outreach to them)
addressed as a separate topic. And the dismal failure of the JAS program is
an embarassment that deserves a full-blown inquiry of its own, in my
opinion.
