2012-round CityTLDs that were applied for by a government entity: .rio, .nyc, .london, .swiss, .madrid, .bcn, .barcelona, .istanbul, .ist , .melbourne, .sydney, .dubai, .doha, .stockholm, .helsinki, .paris ... I believe the majority of city TLDs have the city government as registry operator.
