Hi Michael , Sophia , sorry I missed the last call . Could you provide the link to VI google docs draft / comments so far . I thought the consensus was not to recommend any policy changes to VI - it would take years to unravel & redo - we haven't got time . However there is a case to recommend much more compliance / audits of vertically integrated / fully owned affiliated registries & their registrar . There is a clear evidence of a couple / if not three large portfolio players  that are not in compliance with their RA / RAA i would recommend ICANN conducts a study .
