[Gnso-newgtld-wg-wt3] Report on CPE Review Released

Dear fellow members of Work Track 3,

Please draw your attention to the newly released, long awaited, reports (there are 3) on the review of the Community Priority Evaluation Process which were issued by ICANN late yesterday.  We will need to take these into account in our deliberations on our initial report.
