Thank you for your comments.

The discussion on the mailing list has been on different issues, but the main thing now is to agree on the ToR. There will be plenty of time later to discuss substance.

We have received some helpful ideas for refining the text for the scope in the ToR. The ToR suggestions will be reviewed by the leadership team before our next call, so if you have an amendment to the proposed scope text, please provide by Tuesday 14:00UTC at the latest. It is easier to summarise if you apply your comments to the Google Doc – alternatively in the ToR document and send it on mail.
