Thank you very much again.

As I informed you, I am unable to attend due to confusion in the time of of
the meeting

However, should you have Quorum, pls kindly and duly consider the
amendments that i proposed after our last call.

pls also consider that, we need to work more efficiently thus i am not in
favour of extension of the duration beyond 60 mints .

This is a matter to be subject to a  doodle and not taking the time of the
meeting
