Dear all,

Please bear in mind invitations get sent out ahead of time, sometimes weeks ahead of time, to ensure you have access to the ics attachments to download to your calendars, in order to make your advance scheduling easier. Please ensure you download these as this will ensure you have the correct call time on your calendars.

WT5 calls are scheduled at different times, so please always cross check the date with the overall WT5 schedule which you can check on the GNSO Master calendar: https://gnso.icann.org/en/group-activities/calendar#dec

Same issue as with Ching. The invitation had a meeting time of 14:00 UTC.

I received the previous reminder with meeting time at 1400 UTC. I did not receive the updated reminder with meeting time at 0500UTC.
