For those who do not use Google Docs, Excel and PDF versions are attached. The text is quite small on the PDF, but you can zoom to read more comfortably. 
 
Please review this document to ensure that your comments have been accurately captured. If you would like to make changes, please insert a comment in the Google doc or share it over the mailing list for staff to incorporate. 
 
You are also encouraged to provide new input on the items covered in the last meeting and those that have not yet been discussed.
