[Gnso-newgtld-wg-wt5] Currency code protection issues

Dear WT5 members,
Currency code protection is a very delicate issue and there seems to be preventive rights obsession within  WT5 that disregards freedom of expression by increasing the pool of protected not only geographic string identifiers but also strings which have geographic indications of what so ever. That said, how is WT5 going to resolve the following issues?- emerging currencies such as crypto currency- countries change currency names, how about old currency names availability for protection?
