Greg:  I was referring torivalry among eventual applicants. (Bearing in mind that some of the ‘autonomous’ regions referred to in those documents are in dispute and in a few cases have been war zones. )

Not any suggestion of ’sides’ among the ICANN community. Never!  ;-))
