Subject: For Co-Leader Review: Follow-up email to WT5

Hi all,

Here is a “clean” version of the report to circulate and a draft message to the WT. Can you kindly sign-off and staff will send it out?

Thanks,
Emily

Dear Work Track 5 members,

Following yesterday’s call, please find attached an updated version of the draft report to the Full Working Group. In this version, the changes discussed on yesterday’s call have been accepted. As agreed on the call, the final sentence of recommendation 2 has been re-worded slightly for clarity: “Strings resulting from permutations and transpositions of alpha-3 codes listed in the ISO 3166-1 standard are available for delegation, unless the strings resulting from permutations and transpositions are themselves on that list.”

This is the final opportunity for comments on this report. The deadline for feedback is Monday 21 October. Please focus your comments on anything that is incorrect, missing, or that you otherwise feel that you are completely unable to accept.

The objective is to hold a consensus call from 24 to 28 October.

Kind regards,

WT5 Co-Leaders
Olga Cavalli, Annebeth Lange, Javier Rúa-Jovet, Martin Sutton
