<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Part of the face-to-face time will be devoted to discussing the WT5 draft Initial Report. Please find the draft Initial Report attached in Word and PDF. This draft incorporates feedback received from WT members
on the sections previously shared, and also includes content for the remaining sections of the report. Please note that is a working draft produced by staff, and that not all of the WT co-leaders have had the chance to review the document fully. Therefore,
the co-leaders may provide additional input along with the rest of the WT in the coming weeks. Note also that based on feedback from Work Track members, proposals previously included in section d. of the report are now integrated into the appropriate subsections
of section f (deliberations) in order to ensure that all proposals are presented in a consistent manner and that there is sufficient context provided for each proposal.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
