I recall that one of the major reasons we did not go down the accreditation program for the 2012 round was also the time it would take to establish the criteria and lack of a definition of what we were actually accrediting (as a 10,000 domain name registry may not have the same requirements as a 10,000,000 name registry). I do not recall talking about how it would lead to a lack of diversity, but that was in 2008 or 2009.<br class=""> <br class="">I also remembered you hired Lyman Chapin and Interisle to help study the issue. I have reached out to him about getting this information but he told me that everything he had was in ICANNs possession.
