IRT that the WG did not get to during discussions, but would warrant discussion here. Starting on page 5, you will see a section called General Comments and Issues To Be Determined – here, you will find a number of open questions about the Standing IRT (or
whatever it may end up being called), such as composition, managing of conflicts of interest, decision-making, etc.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
