I had this in my original proposal but based on individual discussions I have had I know that some people missed it.<br>

To have the Board make a decision that is not in any way appealable will require a Bylaw change, but it is a change for which there is another precedent that will go before the Board before out report reaches them. The Auction Proceeds CCWG also will require
 a similar Bylaw amendment.<br>
