As per the last update we got from ICANN in Singapore, all registrars are now on either the 2009 or 2013 contract.

There shouldn’t be anyone on the 2001 contract ..

Questions have come up a few times related to the adoption of the 2013 agreement. This page has a list of accredited registrars with a lot of information including which RAA each comes under.  To give credit, it’s courtesy of Carlos Alvarez from ICANN Security, formerly Compliance, who sent it to me for reasons unrelated to the WG.
