Hi Holly,

their details"? Really?

So you are saying that over 100 million domain names should not have 
been registered to their registrants? The status quo for 99.99% of all 
registrations to date is non-verification and that has worked just fine 
for now. Sure, there is abuse but so far I have seen no studies that 
show that increased verification or validation leads to less abuse.
