[Gnso-ppsai-pdp-wg] Meeting Conflicts

The conflict in Singapore with the Compliance Update Q&A and the Accountability Session is problematic.

It always seems that this WG is up against other important sessions.  I will certainly have to miss if the scheduling stays as it is.
