Hi Steve, Graeme and all who worked on this draft,

Tx you! We appreciate your effort and leadership. Quick note that this 
is a lot of material to review in a short period of time. I am hoping 
that today it will be possible for you to walk us through the material 
in detail - including some of the meanings and intents of bracketed 
sections.

That would be very helpful for those of us trying to parse this material 
before we enter into formal discussion!
