[Gnso-ppsai-pdp-wg] Sorting of public comments

Hi Mary and All,
I would add to Volker's comments that I would like to ensure that the
"sorting" process is not a way of eliminating or minimizing any of the
contributions/comments that we have received. We have received a huge
number of comments -- a real outpouring of input -- and it is critical
that we find a good way to understand the scope and breadth of the
contribution, and give it true and meaningful impact in our work ahead.
