[Gnso-ppsai-pdp-wg] Sorting of public comments

Hello Kathy, Volker and everyone  thank you for your feedback. Besides some
technical challenges, they are one of the reasons that the sorting was done
only at the subject title level. Staff has manually looked at most (though
not all) of the submissions received to make sure that as much as possible
we have not inadvertently sorted them wrongly. In addition, we hope that the
staff summary of the other comments received is helpful to you and your
groups as a starting point, as you proceed to review the contributions we
received . 

Having prepared the summary, Public Comment Review Tool and general data
analysis that we circulated on Friday, it wouldn¹t be appropriate for staff
to determine further categorizations or analysis. As such, we expect the
co-chairs to discuss with you the WG¹s preferred method of reviewing the
comments to ensure that our Final Report reflects an accurate consideration
of the feedback received.
