[Gnso-ppsai-pdp-wg] A slightly revised proposed approachfor reviewing public comments

Do we actually have the recommendations of Leaning, Flaim, and Loreen 
Kapin formally in writing?  I have not seen them in the comments but I 
will admit I have not read them all...or did we get a formal written 
brief from them earlier?
