[Gnso-ppsai-pdp-wg] A slightly revised proposed approachfor reviewing public comments

Thanks, Kiran - as with all the comments we are compiling for the WG, the
sheer volume could mean that we may have missed it, so we’d appreciate it
if this can be clarified. Similarly, and more broadly, as the WG reviews
the comments, please let us know if there are responses that we should
have included in the templates that we did not.
