[Gnso-ppsai-pdp-wg] Our Statement/Kiran's Statement

Folks
While I personally support Kathy’s statement, I do not have official ALAC support for the statement. The ALAC Executive will be meeting this week where both the Initial Report and statements can be discussed, but until then, I’d rather my name as a member of the ALAC not be there until there is official ALAC support for the statement.
My apologies for this.
