Just a quick comment on language in section 1.3.1 - Point 15.  the use of the term reveal in the context of ‘publication’ is confusing.  This WG is using the term reveal in a quite specific way - i.e., to make known to the party making the query.  Publication is, as I understand it, to the public at large.  So please, let’s not use the same terms in the same sentence.

For publication - maybe making the information publicly available, or something like that
