They have informed us that very few complaints have been received on Section 3.18.2 of the RAA, and that to the extent there has been any confusion, most of it is the general public thinking they qualify under Section 3.18.2 (e.g. expecting 24 hour action by the registrar), or LEA in one jurisdiction claiming a longer reach than they may possess (e.g. police in Country A making a request of a registrar based in Country B).
