Sub Team 3 was formed to review the public comments received on Annex E (the Illustrative Disclosure Framework for trademark and copyright owners). The first document is a revised version of the summary that was presented to the WG a few weeks ago by the Sub Team – the most significant changes are on page 1, under the Overview when describing the comments in and associated with the Save Domain Privacy petition, and on pages 5-7, where a number of additional specific comments were added to those that indicated opposition to Annex E (in particular, on whether a court order would be necessary).
