The attachment is an attempt by staff to provide a placeholder (where an issue remains unresolved) or a suggested update (where an issue appears from the last WG and Sub Team discussions to have attained at least some measure of agreement), based on the last WG discussion over Sub Team 3’s work. As such, on the WG call tomorrow Sub Team 3 members will facilitate and/or frame the WG’s further discussion of the outstanding matters noted in the document.</div><div><br></div><div>Please note also that the Public Safety Working Group, a working group within the GAC, has prepared comments on our Initial Report.
