Those are therefore the changes that need to be reviewed by the WG in order for the chairs to mark all our final recommendations as Full Consensus recommendations.</div><div><br></div><div>For the sake of consistency, where these changes are to the actual language of the recommendations, the specific language change will be reflected in Section VII of the Final Report, where the same recommendation is repeated in the same form. Note, however, that the idea is
to use the term “customer” to refer to a customer of either a privacy or a proxy service; as such, likening a customer to a beneficial user may cause confusion and so we recommend keeping the term as “customer”. Similarly, where the term “registrant” is used,
it refers to the person/entity that registers a domain name, who may be a proxy service rather than a customer of one.
