Subteam on this sounds totally reasonable to me, though my hope
and expectation is that it's not a lot of work. I say that having
spent the past few weeks fretting about this thing, but the PPSAI
policy is pretty clear on what a privacy service is, and what the
IRTP-C policy is trying to capture is also reasonably
straightforward. <br>

I also think it's on registrars participating to do the heavy
lifting here, perhaps that looks like a proposed solution or a
strawman as soon as this topic gets started.<br>

position), this would be an additional item to add to the
work plan. The Final Recommendations on privacy/proxy
called for a “compatibility check” with the Transfer
Policy, but this appears to be broader than that. We could
potentially mitigate the impact by using a subgroup to
work on this topic in parallel to the IRT’s other work
(meeting on weeks where there is not an IRT meeting) with
the hope that volunteers with experience and interest in
this topic (and in the Transfer Policy PDP/IRT) will sign
up to work with staff to develop a solution that can be
brought back to the broader IRT.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

last meeting about what time this meeting is in the U.S. (I

now 9 Eastern). We’ll discuss briefly first thing on the
call whether the IRT intended for the time to push later by
