[Gnso-rds-pdp-7] Template now available as a google doc

Dear All,

The DT7 template has now been posted as a google doc and is available here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/19fUlV3HEyZ0IYFOY-r4KGoN25ICHPf1wDjUA_ZMx3yc/edit?usp=sharing.

As discussed on the call, Rod Rasmussen will take a first stab at editing / adding to the template following which you are all encouraged to share your perspectives. A doodle poll has been circulated in the meantime to try and find a time on Monday or Tuesday next week to meet to finalize the template.
