My understanding is that our starting point IS each and every bit of data that is collected. From there, we can work through why it is collected - its purpose - and then what should/should not be stored, and then accessed, by whom and in what circumstances.</div><div><br></div><div>Again, SAC 54 is one of the best sources to start with - all of the data collected, and for what purpose is there.
