Yes, the new EU data protection regulation was added to the checklist,
both for the data and privacy teams, and Peter Kimpian has submitted a

</font>It may be helpful to note that the board-GNSO group which
developed the process framework for this PDP anticipated that many if not
all applicable data protection laws would continue to evolve during the
course of this PDP. This is why the process places detailed legal
analysis of applicable laws in phase 2, after the PDP WG has drafted RDS
policies that can be analyzed for consistency with those laws. At this
early juncture in the PDP, the WG may wish to focus on broad principles
that lawmakers used to shape both existing and emerging laws, using
principles as input to the WG's phase 1 deliberations about potential
requirements that RDS policies may be designed to meet.<br><br>
At the moment, you can easily reach any of the document summaries
directly by clicking on hyperlinks included in the daily checklist (see
the "Link to" column).<br><br>
In addition, once each team submits all of its summaries, staff has the
action to consolidate all submissions into a single PDF for that team. As
the data team is the first to submit all of its summaries, I will begin
