Andrew Sullivan:I'll have a little time on Friday & could do something then if you're not done by then
Andrew Sullivan:Adding more mail to my INBOX will not appreciably change the volume, so I'll leave it up to David what he wants to do :)
David Cake:I'll let you now how we are going Friday, Andrew.
Kathy Kleiman:Sorry to hear you were sick, Susan
Farell FOLLY (@Africa2.0):hey cake, how are you doing.. I've just done the summary of the last four docs (letters) I volunteered to summarize.... If deadline is postponed, I can take more documents, too.
James Gannon:ok in the Adobe finally but on mobile
Richard Padilla:Hello all
Sana Ali:Welcome, Richard. welcome to Adobe, James
Richard Padilla:@Sana thanks
Ayden Férdeline:I am over-extended this week, but if there are any documents on Saturday which are not assigned, I will be able to summarise them.
Grace Mutung'u:by when are the summmaries due?
Kathy Kleiman:Tx Chuck!
Lisa Phifer:Grace - yesterday
Grace Mutung'u:I had a problem starting off but after seeing Kathy's format, I understand the work
Grace Mutung'u:@ Lisa, almost done
James Gannon:I'm happy to chime in for the Irish accent if needed
Lisa Phifer:@James thanks!
Kathy Kleiman:Can the doc be set to allow us to flip through it?
Lisa Phifer:@Grace feel free to email me if you have any questions re: format that I can help answer
Grace Mutung'u:Thanks ! @ Lisa
Alan Greenberg:Sorry for being late. Had a conflicting meeting that I could not skip.
Kathy Kleiman:+1 Steve
Fabricio Vayra:+1 Steve
Ayden Férdeline:+1 realistic timeframes
Daniel K. Nanghaka:+1
Kathy Kleiman:Chuck: can we memorize this idea - that there can be differing views in this subgroup output?
Kathy Kleiman:Chuck: where can someone memorialize in the formal work of the subgroup that there is a disagreement as to basic interepretation of a document?
Maryan Rizinski:Regarding the second question, do you think it would be a good idea to ask the team members define the importance/relevance level for all (or some) of the documents (e.g. on a scale from 1 to 5) as they perceive it? By doing this we might avoid lengthy email discussions. And as a result we might achieve the realistic timeframes proposed by Steve while still getting feedback from all members
Kathy Kleiman:Great - tx Chuck!
Ayden Férdeline:@Maryan - My concern here is that we could end up debating the 'relevance' of certain documents for weeks. I am likely to consider a document important than others may consider less important.
Maryan Rizinski:Thanks Chuck
Lisa Phifer 2:It may be helpful to just try to flag those most and least important rather than strictly prioritizing. You may find that all find some docs very helpful and some not at all.
Maryan Rizinski:Ayden, good point. It would be beneficial to consider that as well
Holly Raiche:Let's see how next week goes
Maryan Rizinski:Lisa, your approach is more reasonable than mine and actually less time-consuming. Great point!
Alan Greenberg:@Chuck, have you moved to the east coast? Next weeks meeting seems to be at 1 am MY time...
Holly Raiche:Terrific
Holly Raiche:No sympathy
Kathy Kleiman::-)
Sana Ali:haha
Ayden Férdeline:😂😂😂
David Cake:The true crruelty is that I'll be in the US next week....
Rod Rasmussen:Joined Adobe late - have been listening on the call though. Nice job moving through this and breaking this down to consumable chunks by the leadership team.
Holly Raiche:Well done
Fabricio Vayra:Well done, Chuck.
Sara Bockey:Thanks everyone
Kathy Kleiman:Tx Chuck and All
Maryan Rizinski:Thanks for another great meeting
Iliya Bazlyankov:Thanks everyone
