That is your personal experience as a retail registrar and I still contend
if you look at your help desk requests that it is not a high percentage of
your own registrants and definitely not for registrants that register more
than 1 or 2 domain names at a time.

Do most of your customers only own 1 or 2 domain names?

We should get data around this.
