BTW, Volker,
Technical : This article is, was and will be relevant as due to the Non
renewal of the the Contract between the UD gov. and ICANN, there may be
legal implications on policy of function and rules may be changed / added
etc. Well will see when it happens, but right now, I can speak for my self,
some Information is always fruitful.

 I kept my view, and you kept yours. There is a world beyond our respective
worlds too and there are others in it :-)
BTW, my view, personally, I am proud to be working with a group of
Intellectuals :-)
