I appreciate your concern on the topic, but this is the Indian Consulate and
Embassy we are referring to ­ Anywhere in the world, based on the treaties
that we sign, the process is more or Less Same. The Diff is just that You
may not be affiliated to ISIS ­ we would definitely check that ­ for the
applicant. 
If anyone Has a Problem, Let m know I will be glad to put in a word to the
High Commissioner of that country of have the Minister for External Affairs
Involved and See this through.

Based on my experience with this process so far ..
Check with your local embassy / consulate.  From what I¹m hearing / seeing
from other people the process varies country by country ..
