Thanks Maxim.  Item 2 is definitely an issue for deliberation when we get to that point.  Please remember to bring it up at that point.  In the meantime I will ask staff to create a record of issues raised regarding particular parts of our approach.

Dear Marika,

Here are my thoughts:

1. in p.3 , Regulatory and Contractual Enforcement in "UDRP investigation"
I think we need to add URS
to be
"URDP/URS investigation"
(I think it was lost in the process, and since URS is regarded to be different from UDRP - we need to mention it)

2.
am I the only one who see that 107 and 108 from page 13 could contradict one another? (different jurisdictions have different opinion on who is globally trusted and especially in case of requirements of localization of the data stored in the system on a particular territory)

Should we refer to it as a potential issue requiring further investigation?
