A serious question here.

If you create a domain name that in any way discloses PII, then I’m 
sorry but you get what you deserve.  The point of a domain name is for 
it to be public (unless you’re squatting, even defensively) and if you 
don’t know that up front then you’ve got bigger problems.

Are we really suggesting that any RDS has to protect people from their 
own silliness?  Should the LGBT registry deny people the opportunity to 
register a domain label that is their name?  Is any RDS supposed to 
figure this out and then restrict publication?

Offering publication privacy is one thing.  Applying it algorithmically 
is just absurd in my opinion.
