Please folks, check your SOIs.  The terms "non-commercial" and "NCUC" 
refer to the Non-commercial stakeholders group, an SG in the GNSO, and 
NCUC is a constituency in that group.  If you are not a member, please 
change what you have listed in your SOI under stakeholder group and 
constituency.  For information about NCUC, and about joining our group, 
please refer to the website, www.ncuc.org.
