Thanks Lisa for this very thorough explanation of the triage effort; I think that it addresses most if not all of the concerns and questions raised by WG members.  If not, I encourage members to communicate any additional ones.

For those who still may need help using the Excel spreadsheet version, I highly recommend the AC video.  I viewed it yesterday and think it is very helpful; moreover, it takes less than seven minutes to view it.

As you will see in the "How to Filter" tab, we have recorded a brief AC video demonstrating how to create various subsets of the list by applying Excel filters:

If you're not sure how to use Excel filters or how to use the triaged columns to create subsets of related possible requirements, please watch this brief video.

Note that the workbook is just a tool to enable filtering. It does not actually add, remove, or change any of the possible requirements found in the above-linked Word document. The attached workbook was saved with "All Selected" this time, but if you apply filters, remember to remove them to see all rows again.

If you want to view or print ALL of the triaged possible requirements, the Word version of Draft 3 hyperlinked above and distributed last week remains the WG's master list of submitted possible requirements, in triaged grid format. The Word version is best for printing or viewing the entire list of all 11 charter questions because it retains more readable text formatting. However, for those who want to see the entire Excel workbook at once, also attached is a PDF printout of the workbook.

Finally, as a reminder, Draft 3 contains only possible requirements submitted through 10 June 2016. Staff is working in parallel with your review of this partially-triaged list to incorporate all additions submitted since then into a Draft 4 Word document of the RDS PDP initial list of possible requirements. A similar workbook tool will accompany Draft 4 of the Word document to enable filtering into subsets.

We will continue to address WG member feedback on the triaged list both on via email and during next week's WG call.
