Hello Karnika,

Nice example  of use case. It roses questions about
1)who (profile and accreditation) can be law enforcement officer to start
the process and be authorised to contact the other  party or registrant?
2)How (evidence, details of any ncesseray/useful information,) should it
proceed ?
3)What can the technical requirements be ?
4)What can't  be barriers?
