Yes, I have unwittingly built in centralization. I have some arguments, and
there are some clear and definite solutions to ensure Standards in storage
and handling of Data, that there is harmonization in the methods, and
fairness to Registrants. Will discuss that as we go. For now, please be
open to this rough outline with the belief that I am the least inclined to
disturb Internet's values.
