Note that both outreach #1 and #2 inputs – including inputs gathered during today’s Cross-Community session on RDS – will be covered during agenda item 3).

RDS PDP WG F2F Meeting Agenda – Tuesday 28 June at 08.00 Helsinki local time, 05.00 UTC

 

1. Introductions (15m)
All WG members will place tent cards in front of them, giving their name and affiliation (if any). WG members will also be given an opportunity to briefly introduce themselves, stating their name, geographic region, and SO/AC/SG/C affiliation (if any). WG members will also have a chance to give any update to their SOI.

 

2. PDP Work Plan: Accomplishments and Status (20m)
Review work plan to briefly recap WG progress on recent tasks

·        Finalize Task 11: Decide how and when the WG will try to reach consensus

As a reminder, the cross-community discussion on the Next Generation Directory Services will take place on Monday 27 June from 15.00 – 16.30 Helsinki time: http://sched.co/7NCc. Attached you will find the slides for this meeting – these should be uploaded shortly to the meetings page.

 

In case you have not marked your calendars, the next Working Group meeting is also scheduled to take place during ICANN56 in Helsinki. It will be held on Tuesday 28 June, from 8.00 – 10.30 and 10.45 – 12.00 Helsinki time: http://sched.co/7GqJ and http://sched.co/7GqK. 

 

As this WG meeting will take place during an ICANN Public Meeting, call-in and remote participation details will not be the same as for our regular WG calls.
