Chuck, Lisa and All,
A couple years back, ICANN endorsed an ISOC declaration vowing to protect 'the bounty' generated by the Internet economy (I believe it was in Buenos Aires). What is the status of this declaration with regards to ICANN? Is it one more thing WGs must consider when making decisions?  Nathalie
